My heater went out during the worst time of year, the temp had hit the below freezing mark several times. It was time to get a working heater or freeze. I got quotes from several dealers and although the quotes were close, since Dependable was the original installers of my HVAC system, I decided to go with them. The sales manager John Stone is a straight shooter and presented several valid points as to why I should replace my AC also - entirely my choice. Since the AC was also 21 yrs old and it had problems cooling during the past hot summer days, it was a no brainer to do both the heater and AC at the same time to save a buck or two. When there were several glitches that I noticed with the order, John made it right with a smile, no complaints or additional costs. The installers were friendly, experienced and professional and I was thoroughly pleased with the overall install. Although I have not had sufficient time to see how much more economical this new "energy efficient" heating system is, I know it works full time with the variable air flow system that constantly keeps my house at the set temp within a degree. Amazing - no more full on, all off furnace noises. Since it has only been several months and still winter, I have not had to use the AC yet but if it works as well as the heating system, I will be thoroughly pleased. I highly recommend using Dependable.

 As a consumer, I need to warn the public about an air conditioning company that DID NOT live up to its name. (Dependable Heating & Air ). I was recommended to use, Dependable Heating & Air, but to my dismay and great dissatisfaction I feel compelled to warn you. They said the install would only take one day. After 31 days the job is still not right. Their workmanship is very poor. I feel as though the gentleman, who sold us the system, was not professional in his follow through with us, as I made numerous calls to him explaining the problem to him. What I received back were excuses. I have decided to just pay them and finish the job myself. This company has caused my family and myself much grief and we had to live with no Air Conditioning for over three weeks with outside temperatures being over 100 degrees for most of that time. I never did get instructions on how to use or maintain my system. The outside unit is very noisy. I strongly recommend not doing business with this company I probably will take them up on their 100% satisfaction Guarantee and have them take the whole thing out and give me my money back

We could not be happier with Dependable. We got quotes from several and a couple sales reps were definitely trying to up sale. John Stone came out and listened to what our needs were. He really explained the operating costs of their units and rebate programs available. After choosing Dependable the techs that showed up were on time, worked neatly and made sure all items were complete. The installation was first class. John even came by after to make sure that all was good and explained the new thermostat. I had an appointment today for HVAC service. I was home during the window appointment time. Just prior to arrival I received a txt with the name and picture of Chris, my technician. Chris was super. He answered all my questions and set me up with another service contract. It was a no brainer. I am getting a rebate that brought down the service calls below the average service charge in our area. I feel happy and reassured my HVAC is running well and will continue working well with Dependables care. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good servicing company.

Everything went smooth. John was very professional. he gave me a quote and spent almost an hour here at my home explaining everything to me. The technicians who came out and installed our new heater and a/c unit (John and Efron) were great. They were very patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. They did a great job. I plan on recommending them to all my friends. Great company and staff. Dependable really lived up to their name.

Service person, Brandon, came on time. Found the problem and fixed it. Also suggested replacing the unit. He is not your everyday sales person, trying to sell you anything and everything. He explained to me why the unit needs to be replaced. I am convinced because I know he is not here to sell me anything. I can say he is an honest person I will order a new unit together with a new furnace !

Having Dependable Heating and Air Conditioning Install and Doing the semiannual service on the units has been quite easy. Their service technicians have been very efficient and knowledgeable with the various units we have for our house. If there is a problem, they have been very direct in discussing the various ways it can be handled. We are very satisfied with there service.

Called around noon on a Friday, made an appointment for first available day which was Monday. Amanda called back a short while later and said they could fit me in between 3 and 6 on Friday. James should up at 3:10, diagnosed a bad capacitor and loose wire on circuit breaker. Fixed the problem on an old system. Wife will be very happy when she gets home to a cool house.
