To Whom It May Concern, On Tuesday, October 11th, two of your technicians … Danny and Miguel … came to our house to perform tune-ups on our heating and air conditioning units and I wanted to express my extreme admiration for their impeccable character, performance and service! From the moment they arrived (shortly after a phone call alerted me that they were on their way) I was totally impressed with their focus on cleanliness (wearing “booties” when entering our house), their very polite manners and their attention to detail in every facet of their service. As “frontline” representatives of your company, both Danny and Miguel exhibited the very best qualities of your excellent business in every aspect of their service. Danny, in particular, was very thorough in explaining the service they were performing today and future events that may occur that we may want to consider. This not only reinforced my contention that we made the right choice when we had your company install our heating and air conditioning units 15 years ago but it also justified my decision to have you perform these services today. In closing, I cannot stress strongly enough that you can be very proud of the examples set by both Danny and Miguel and to emphasize that they are tremendous assets to your company! Greiner Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC installation technicians, Karoline and Sean, did a great job replacing our 20 year old air conditioning unit with new Lennox 5T unit, new AC evaporator coils, and (all new) hook up piping/wiring. They carefully checked duct seals pressure pressure tested for duct leaks. It was no simple task for Karoline to maneuver through the underfloor crawl space...this young lady is very impressive! There were no short cuts; they preformed the job in a professional and thoughtful way. I am very pleased that I selected Greiner and followed their recommendations for this task. HDH May 10, 2017

This past Tuesday, we had our semi annual visit from your Technician Hans to do our AC tune-up. Hans was a very professional and friendly technician, and went right to work on the task at hand. He had to change the hard start condenser on our AC, but did so only after explaining and demonstrating why it was needed. He impressed me as being very knowledgeable and customer orientated. He represented your company very well and in doing so reinforced why we chose to do business with Greiner! We will ask for him for all future scheduled appointments!

Hans G arrived on time, greeted me in a friendly manner & immediately proceeded to correctly diagnose the problem with our air conditioner. He just as quickly repaired it! Really, it was a pleasure to have an expert service technician come into our home and help us on such an important matter - the last couple of days have been over 100 degrees.
