My Heating and A.C (HVAC) unit stopped blowing hot air this winter. I called multiple HVAC contractors each of which bid way to high to fix or replace the unit. Then after thorough research I called “Ideal Energy”. Alex the companies owner came and evaluated the unit for replacement and quoted a price, after learning of our financial situation Alex was so compassionate that he offered multiple discounts and ended up out bidding the other companies with the LOWEST Quoted Price. Once Ideal Energies team including Jake and Nick came they worked absolutely Meticulously to make sure the Trane 16 Sear unit we selected was installed perfectly! They started on Wednesday at 7am and did a Meticulously Perfect installation all the way through 5pm. After the installation Chris took additional time to teach me how to use my Nexia Trane Wi-Fi thermostat including the App installation. As a bonus on top of all this high quality work their warranty for labor of 3 years is among the longest standard labor warranty in the industry. The parts warranty for the Trane system is the standard 10 years, which by the way Ideal Energy themselves register for their customers. The bottom line is if you want World Class installation and/or service for your existing unit or need a brand new unit such as a class leading Trane system, then no one is more skilled for the job then Ideal Energy and their very meticulous team, with the best thing being they are highly affordable and competitive when it comes to price, with one of the longest standard labor warranties in the industry as icing on top of the cake!! Of course if you go with a Excellent Trane unit it has it’s own 10 years Parts warranty!

The short version is we were extremely pleased overall. The longer version is that Alex and his team did a great job. One thing that stands out is that I had several AC companies come out to give a quote (just curious the cost of replacement as my units are 18 years old now) for a new system and ALL of them quoted me larger SER units and I asked what about issue with the vents in the house and leaks? They all looked at me and had nothing to say. Alex was the only one to explain to me I can go with smaller ton AC unit if you seal up the house properly. I googled and found an article that stated exactly what Alex told me that 69% of AC units are over sized! Now we find out about Ideal energy and with the rebates could not afford to not do it. They found major issues with leaks in the ducts and lack of insulation when the house was built. Our room over the garage is no longer cold in the winter and to hot in the summer. The heating and AC is more even through out the house. Money well spent. We had one follow up with Alex and he made time to come all the way out to resolve it! Big thanks for Chris and his team for the work they did! I have neighbors that spent $15,000 for over priced AC units and have told me that their bills are the same. To bad they did not call Ideal Energy to audit their homes first and fix the issues with leakage. I usual do not have the time to put of a review but reviews and personal reference from a friend helped me to decide to get this work done and I am extremely glad we did.

Simply Outstanding! No contractor or work crew has come close to Elena, Alex and the Ideal Energy crew. Their study and work is amazing. Communications on the phone, in writing and in person were second to none. The day they finished their work work, we were feeling the difference in our home. Two months later, we are seeing the difference in our bills being lowered. And our home was in a "good to very good" condition. Ideal Energy replaced insulation, duct work and installed an air return. The crew was polite and efficient. As a self proclaimed neat freak, I was impressed with their attention to detail and cleanliness. I would Highly recommend Ideal Energy to anyone. Very worth the time and money.

I highly recommend Ideal Energy. We used them at the start of the summer and they did a great job with our AC checkup and had good information on how to optimize our ancient AC system. Recently, our air conditioning went out one morning and they were able to fit us in on short notice. Our system is 25 years old and every sign indicated an expensive compressor failure. Rather than jumping ahead with a costly repair or replacement, they wanted to first double check our very old 3phase power that was going to the system since something was slightly off. It ended up being a problem with SRP and the costly repair was avoided. We will probably need a new system soon and we will definitely be using them.

I highly recommend Ideal Energy if you want to reduce your energy bills and have a more comfortable home. Alex, Elena and their team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. We have definitely had a reduction in our monthly APS bill. Furthermore, they are conscientious and detail-oriented. After the job was completed, we had a bug screen that needed to be installed and Alex contacted me and came out, measured and installed it. Obviously, not the profit part of their business but they take care of every detail. Plus, they handle the rebate for you, which I received in a timely manner. You will receive excellent work and great service from Ideal Energy!

We had Ideal Energy install insulation in our attic and fix the ducts that were not connected. It turned out that we were cooling down our attic space in the summer, which was costing us around $50 extra per month. They were clean, professional, and I have saved more than what they had estimated off of my energy bills as they have dropped about 1/3 from what they were. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to save money and have comfortable rooms. They have my vote 100%!

We used Ideal to swap out ducts and insulation in the attic of a 60 year old house. They did an amazing job for a fair price. The crew was amazing. All professional seasoned vets. No hack handimen. We had a blower motor go out last night and Chris personally made time at 5:30am this morning to fit us in to help keep our family cool. Classy operation from top to bottom. I had 4 estimates done before going with Ideal Energy. Instead of just quoting to replace the existing 5 ton unit, Alex did an analysis to determine that I really only needed a 4 ton unit. They were very competitively priced, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend this company, and already have to a couple co-workers ;)

I will not call anyone else, we have been burned by other az companies in the past. They will not try to sell you stuff you dont need, and give you an honest assessment.
