Horrible dishonest service people .... After receiveing a call from the to get a special for service for 19.95 for 2 units I jumped on it considering I just bought the house anbd didnt have any history there. The units are only 6 years old so I want expecting to much and I did just buy a home warranty when I bought the house. After 5 minutes of Skylar being there I was scared into thinking my units were having serious issues and that my home warraty company wasnt worth anuything, and that ai should by there maintanance pplan for 895.00 wow!!! Now I am a alittle scared and feeling the pressure, but I did decline that, then he said at the was expensive but was told if I didnt then my warranty would be voided due to dirty coils. So I accepted that and paid $310.00 for him to be outside less than 10 min and charge me 250.00 to clean the coils. He also tole me my contactors were bad and to call my warrantry company to get them fixed. So when Leading Edge Air came out to replace the contactors he also commented that both contactors were bad and wanted to know which one he said needed replaced. So I handed him my receipt from Cool Ace and he then asked what did you pay 310.00 dollars for? I told him that they cleaned my coils and he then said let me show you how to clean your coils and also show you that they were not cleaned at all this was only 5 days later after Cool Ace was there. Mud and dirt ran oput plus he said proper cleaning would of been to take them apart abd get all of the debris leavesd anbd such out too. I didnt watch him do it but was very surprised at how little time it took him to do it. He also claimed I didnt have attic access which I do on the receipt . Ihave called and faxed my receipts over to Becky and then had as lovely conversation with a Service manager to be told they will not redfund me my money even though they did not provide me with honest service that claim on all of there marketing. I have reoorted to BBB, small claims court will be next the ROC the and media is in thwe works. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. 107 complaint with the BBB doesnt lie. I wish I had done my due diligence tosave me this heartache.

Wonderful Services by Ace Air - Ace Air is not just another company in the market. They are an experience to work with and that too a pleasant one. Ace Air is a company with a vision to provide the highest quality service and expertise to their customers. Moreover, from what I have seen over the past some time, they have lived up to that. They offer many different kinds of duct cleaning products, ovens, Trane products, carrier products, air purification, insulation etc. The core services provided by them include installation and repair of air conditioning devices and ducts. They are also available for repair of any damages, and I called them when my AC insulation was not working properly. Moreover, I was quite pleased to see that they got it fixed within an hour. The people at Ace Air are truly professionals. The thing, which sets them, apart from other firms is that the employees actually know how to deal with what they have at hand. Moreover, they are extremely punctual when called and rarely do they take off. What is needed by every business, to flourish is the customer service Ace Air provides. They are so polite and helpful with their customers that it is simply a pleasure to have work from them. What is more is that they have full knowledge of the job they are to complete. So, it is highly recommended going for Ace Air when looking for air conditioning and heating services.

BEWARE, Do Not Walk, Run Away from Ace Air, Cool Ace, as fast as you can !! They also go under several other sudo names here in the Valley. I used them and they were a scam. The tech was cocky and tried to sell me everything he could. The techs obviously work on commissions and they make most of their cash $$$ in the three hottest months of summer here in the valley. The stories I could tell are so incredible but I will spare you. The one trick they do is release the freon into the atmosphere and then say you are low on freon. They then charge you a fortune for a charge. The list goes on and on. Then when you talk to the managers in the office they act like clueless Brooklyn, NY transplants. The owner who is Korean uses them as a front so he never has to talk to the customer. All you get is a bla bla bla run around from a Brooklyn dude. Reminds me of that credit card commercial on T.V. when you want to use your points. The worst is what they are doing to the atmosphere releasing all the freon and they say they are BBB ++ I wonder about that also? Run as fast as you can to a reputable company !!!

Professional and friendly service providers. Would highly recommend Brian, Tony , Jack and the entire team at ACE for anyone who needs A/C or Heating service! Our central A/C system went out at 4 AM on Friday. Called my home warranty company at 7 AM Friday. They informed me that it would not be able to send a technician until July 4th! Temperatures this week have been between 115 -120 degrees. Called ACE at 7:15 AM. The dispatch had Brian to our home by 9:15 AM. Brian went out of his way to see if our unit was repairable. When we found that it was not repairable, Brian found us the most economical unit for our home! Tony and Jack installed our central air system on Saturday starting at 7:30 AM and was finished by 1:30 PM. We are very pleased with our Carrier System and that is was built in the USA! Hope no one loses their A/C in 115 degree plus heat. But if your in the Greater Phoenix Area, ACE is the place for the solution! You will be highly satisfied!

Came home to my girl friend in tears after dealing with this company. They refused to honor her 10 year warranty, because she had not signed up for their Maintenance agreement. Her original contract clearly had 10 years on the compressor, 10 years on the unit parts and 10 years labor. She only bought the Carrier Air Conditioner from them because of the Warranty. They told her some one else had done a repair on the unit and used unauthorized parts. She told them that only Ace was ever called, BECAUSE SHE HAD A WARRANTY" why would she call anyone else. Then they told her it would cost $1000. to fix her fan motor, but when she asked for a written estimate the installer drove off to "get the parts". When the bill was presented, it was $1800 and the installer told her "I never said $1000". We plan to contact the AZ ROC and the MFG. Carrier by Friday. Just in case anyone at ACE Home Services cares to contact us first. Disgruntled, Dissatisfied, Disgusted.

SERIOUSLY EXCELLENT SERVICE!! :) This company raises the bar. A/C in my last condo went kerplunk and when I called Ace, they came out immediately (108 degrees in mid summer Phoenix) and assessed the problem, told me what was wrong, what my options were, what they recommended, how long it would take and what it would cost. They were fair and honest and did not try to take advantage of single female knowing nothing about A/C repair. He was uncorrupted (whoa, and in Phoenix too), courteous, and cleans up after himself, which to me is the sign of a true professional who takes pride in his work and respects his clients. This year at my new home(bought from short sale), I called Ace again (A/C kerplunk on Friday morning on July 4th weekend) and again, they came immediately, always well-dressed and with a smile on their face, replaced bad motor within 3 hours and prevented what otherwise would have been an unbearable weekend. A+++++

Stay away: complete incompetence, if not worse. A representative arrived for regular HVAC check and service. Found that both of my HVAC systems were fine and cleaned outside coils. Before leaving he informed me that 1. one of them is not designed to heat as a hear pump and only heats with electric heat strips., 2. the other one is old but runs good. A week later the outside fan on the second system stops working and it behaves strangely. I call another company and schedule a visit. That representative find: 1. that the first heat pump needs a new safety switch, replaces it, and has it set to work (both while heating or while cooling) as a heat pump, instead of using its emergency heat strips. 2. replaces a bad condenser (2.3 reading with rating 18.6) on the second unit. You would be better off using a company that can tell a heat pump when one sees one (and that is capable of detecting a bad condenser).

Very unhappy with this company! I choose them due to their favorable reviews here, but was extremely dissatisfied with their huckster approach to pricing my a/c repair. Their "repair" person came out and diagnosed a leak in my a/c system.n. Then proceeded to inform me that it would be $750 to fill the system with dye, then come back in two weeks to identify the leak, at which time there would be an additional charge for the repair, and the freon that would leak out over the two weeks. Most likely costing an additional $500 to $750. My alternative was to purchase a $1500 service contract that would cover this visit and agent me an additional discount on services for the next 10 years. Wanting a second opinion I called American Air and Appliance...$500 for a pressure test repair and freon refill. Huge difference! Saved over a thousand dollars! Skip this place and Call American Air and appliance first!

We have had many issues with a local company here in the city of Maricopa (Absolute Air). After months of having to continually contacting the company (not ACE) for assistance of when our parts would be in, we decided to give ACE a try with technician Stuart Myers. Stuart contacted me back immediately after calling for services. He fit us into his schedule the next day (non-emergency), to come and look at our units. During and after the assessment of the units, Stuart took the time to explain all of our options on repairing our unit, as well other options that could benefit our family. Stuart took the time to ensure I felt comfortable with all the options available so I could make an educated decision. Stuart went Above and Beyond with his customer service, knowledge, and educating the customer (myself)!!!! Thank you Stuart for helping us during this issue, we greatly appreciate you.

What a great find...A/C was down in mid-June and who to call. Ace , who I had seen their ads, said they would be here that day. Sure enough, within a couple of hours technician, Tim H. arrived. He was clean, friendly and knew the problem right away. He gave me an estimate, which sounded reasonable. Better yet, he had the necessary parts on him truck. The service was fairly quick. He showed me the parts he replaced, ran several tests on the performance of the unit. He pointed out a concern for a future repair. He explained their service plans they offer and the benefits of yearly maintenance, with the discounts. NO pressure to buy, just the information. He gave me 30 days to sign-up and receive a discount on that days service. *** could not have been more friendly and informative. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. I am so happy I called Ace home services. I just had my baby three months ago so when you have a little one so young and your AC goes out in Arizona you need it fixed ASAP! Ace sent Robert to my house. He called to let me know he was on his way and even showed up 10 min early. He was even able to get me to laugh. ( he could tell I was very stressed out) I have had very bad experiences with AC companies before but Robert was very helpful and informative. He explained everything he was doing in terms that I could actually understand. He didnt rush me and even more importantly he didnt pressure me on things I didnt need. Robert was able to fix my air conditioner and cool my house off in no time. This guy is not only very courteous and but you can tell he really knows his stuff. I will be asking for him if I ever have any problems with my AC in the future.
