Affordable Pest technicians were professional, personable and prompt. Thy kept me apprised of when they would arrive and did so as scheduled. I called this pest control company for what I thought was a problem and as a result of their thorough inspection, they discovered a more serious problem. The problem was addressed and extinguished. The problem was with a follow up that was needed. When I called to have Affordable Pest complete the visit, I was told I was out of "warranty." We can go back and forth on what happened - work schedules for those of us who are employed and that of companies who deliver services -often do not coincide. I ended up paying an additonal fee on top of the initial fee for the externmination service. When I watched the technician do what was being charged for this visit - I could have done this. Whether this company will be used again - remains to be determined.

We hired Affordable Pest to remove all our old insulation, treat the attic and ceiling for pests, fog it for decontamination, close up openings where pests might enter, and pump in new T.A.P. insulation. They offered a price that was more than fair. The crew was professional and knowledgeable. We are VERY happy with the work that was done and we are already feeling the results of having new insulation. We have much better regulation of temperature, the house in quieter, and we feel confident that we wont be having any more mice in our attic. I highly recommend working with Affordable Pest for both pest service and insulation work.

I have been using Affordable Pest services for 2 years. Employees are very courteous and thorough. Any issues I have had between quarterly scheduled visits have been treated at no extra cost which is part of their warranty. After an initial full house treatment both inside and out, only external service has been needed with an occasional inside visit. This makes scheduling even more convenient since I do not need to be present for outdoor servicing. I highly recommend Affordable Pest.

They blew me off!!!! Very simply, I had an appointment today between 1-3PM. I called them at 2:00 to confirm. Was told they would call me back, never did. I called again at 3:00, again never called back. Very unreliable and not even a courtesy call to let me know there was a problem with the appointment. Time for a new company!!!!
