We decided to replace our entire AC system in our house instead of the compressor that another company had diagnosed. From the beginning Ben was incredibly accommodating and courteous to work with. He price matched other companies we spoke with and actually beat their prices. We were able to have a new American Standard AC system installed in under five hours the same week! Ben rearranged his schedule to make sure we got our installation done before the heat of the weekend approached and came out the very same day we called to look at our system so we could get it replaced ASAP. We will definitely be referring Fusion to any friends, neighbors, and strangers who need HVAC work. Ben is an incredibly polite and knowledgable individual which is a reflection of the hard work this company does.

Hardworking, knowledgeable and efficient! I called these guys a few weeks ago to look at my unit! They were here within the hour! They informed me I needed a new unit ( which I knew due to it being 20 years old and it never really "worked properly" for as long we have lived here.) they suggested some temporary fixes but my husband and I decided to bite the bullet and spend the money. As a woman with my husband at work I am very cautious of feeling pressured to make a big purchase on the spot! I never felt pressured or that I was being over charged just to make sale. These guys were GREAT! They answered ALL of our questions and went above and beyond in the installation!!! We now have a working ac unit!!! They truely take pride in their work! This Company is TERRIFIC! After Hurricane Matthew, our insurance company referred 2 other companies who gave us outrageous quotes for minimal work, so we decided to look around on our own. We saw Fusion offered free estimates, so we gave them a call. They were able to come out the next day, gave us 2 quotes (one for the necessary repairs and one for the suggested additional work) and both were extremely reasonable. They started work right away, and were always on time. Everyone is really top notch, from the customer service on the phones to the extremely hard workers doing the repairs, all the way to the owners of the company. I will ONLY use this company for any repairs we may ever need again, and they come with my highest recommendation!

These guys are the best HVAC technicians you can get. I had them come out after several other companies came out to troubleshoot my system. They were able to figure it out the issue and fix it unfortunately it was an old system and needed to be replaced, even then they had answers. They gave me a great deal on a brand new system with a very reasonable price. When the new system had trouble adapting to my also outdated ducting system they were there in a hurry to correct the issue and get my system back up and running. I am very happy with this company they were very responsive, punchtual, and fair. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any HVAC issues.

Insulation installation; Came a littler early and asked if he could start. Said yes, and they were here did an outstanding job and then cleaned up. They also found my air handler in the attic was leaking a little and sealed that up for me as well! They explained what they were going to do and did it. I will try to post again after a month or so with an update on the effect on my cooling bill and temperature stability.

We replaced our ac/heating unit and installed a new zone unit with Fusion. Their pricing was fair, they were on time and completed the job in two days, although running into a hiccup along the way with our existing wiring. We had one minor issue after installation and they came back within an hour of us calling to address it. I would definitely recommend the Fusion team. Thanks for a job well done.
