I moved from out of state and had to get new insurance for my vehicle, so I called Michael Angles and they took care of everything I need with LOWER insurance. Not to long after I switched over I was having difficulty with my DMV from my last home of record so I contacted Allstate and once again they were there for me immediately and helped me take care of everything I needed. I bought a new vehicle, and within an hour had everything taken care of and a new policy. They have been nothing but compassionate and attentive to my needs. My boyfriend is now switching his policy over to Allstate Insurance: Michael Angles.

I have called several times to this office and I have spoken with a gentleman named Francis Deppner and he is super helpful. All of my questions are always answered and followed with an e-mail. Francis did not rush me off the phone like other insurance companies do and he took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He never forgets about you. If he says he is going to do something he does it. If you are looking for insurance from Auto to Renters even Life Insurance call Francis and he will guide you in the right direction.

Very easy and provides a strong sense of care from all reps. All responses are not just prompt but valuable and professional. I regret not switching before. Like most people probably think, I felt that the migration process would be difficult and filled with roadblocks and hidden fees. This was not the case - all quotes and carryover was seamless, up front, and required very little effort on my part as a customer. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new coverage for home or car or both.
