I am a 31 year old disabled U.S. Army veteran. I just tried to communicate a case with Mr. Buhler over the phone. In which the state of Utah has been charging, and collecting, $1200.00 a month for child support from my father. Also, that the state has not paid any of that child support to my family. Nor will the state communicate with any of the parties on either side of the case. I also tried to ensure him, that all parties in the case were present, alive, and on the same team. As well as, explaining that we have some supporting documentation available, supporting financial records. Records that would prove tens of thousands of dollars being wrongfully held... Rather than establish a set appointment to meet in person with me, or anyone else related to the case, as it was an available option. He proceeded to respond in a manner. That would imply that he had no care or desire to perform his duties as an attorney of law. I will also be reposting this to his link on any other forms of contact I can find. In my opinion, he should be disbarred, or retire.

Awful experience with Mr. Buhler. I just had a short over the phone consultation. He was very unsympathetic to my situation. He told me that if I wanted enough means to support my children to better just give my children to my ex-husband so I am happy with what he is offering. I was appalled he told me to give away my children when I told him clearly that my ex is walking away from us due to his active addiction. He acted as if he could not care less for our family so I told him it would obviously not work out between us and he happily hung up. What Mr Buhler does not know is that we have mutual friends and they send me to him. I already told our mutual friends about this situation as to them never again recommending him for the way he treated me. May God forgive you sir for the nasty behavior you have toward mothers that need legal help.

We had a very terrible experience with Mr. Buhler. I went with my wife to get a consultation concerning custody over my children from a previous marriage. I felt he was very unsympathetic to our situation. He did not act liked he cared about helping us and did not act like he could help us at all. I felt he was discriminating against myself and my wife. I felt very upset and hurt that someone who is a professional and should care about people no matter their situation could have treated us this way. I would not reccomend anyone to seek his aid.
