Ken assisted me with my first traffic violation due to an accident that I had been involved in months earlier. I had made a mistake in the process and because of that my license was suspended. I was concerned not only because my license was suspended but also because of the large financial penalties associated with my mistake. To add to this I had moved out of state and across the country so I was unable to be present for any of the court process. I had contacted Rakesh Joshi from the Law Offices of Ken McCauley to help resolve a 72mph in 45mph, work zone speeding ticket. Received a cell phone ticket in Bethlehem and true to their word, for $250, I received no points on my license. The fine was still levied, but this is New York and you have to pay to wake up in the morning here. They were a little late providing me with the results of the case and I had to seek them out to obtain a copy of the fine/paperwork. That said, anyone with half a brain would know to call the town court. But it would have been nice to hear back from them sooner. Overall, a positive experience and I am grateful for their service.
