Very dishonest with their practices. Greed and low moral precede Olson Shaner. I know they have to represent their clients so they perhaps are getting the brunt of an even more unethical company, namely North American Recovery who collecting a medical debt after I had my baby. Mountain West Anesthesia was the orginal creditor. I moved and never recieved billing from then and became aware of a collection of more than $900 they are attempting to collect for an orginal debt of $244. I am super sad disappointed and frustrated that this is allowed to happen. I have called to settle the debt but they are unwilling to negotiate the debt. Their billing practices were unethical and dishonest. Stay away from Olson Shaner, North American Recovery (NAR) and Mountain West Anesthesia. You will regret it otherwise. Good luck.

This group is horrible to deal with. I NEVER received a phone call only letters at my work place which were not even sent timely. I was dealing with a tragic death at the time as well. I called and explained this and tried to settle with them and they REFUSED to reduce their attorney fees which were more than the actual debt. Uncompassionate jerks. HORRIBLE! I would recommend staying away from these inhumane individuals. I hope someone treats them as poorly as they have me when dealing with a TRAGIC experience.

These people are greedy little bastards. I offered them 600 less than what they wanted and they refused it. It has been in collections for 2 years and they rejected it because of 600 dollars which was lawyer fees! I understand you have to make a living, but god stop raping people!!!
