Brian Ashbach had my back! He was very friendly and reliable! Also Brian was very quick to respond to all of my concerns. I have never had to get an attorney before so this process was very scary and I needed one fast. Brian met with me the day we first talked and was very helpful and willing to work with me financially as I was unable to get the full retainer that day and needed his help immediately since the hearing was the following week. He was very good at making me feel at peace and assured me that we had a very strong defense. Brian showed up to court very prepared and ready for battle. The case against me was dismissed and I never had to say a word to the judge. I am so glad I had Brian there to defend me and will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family!

Although this was a low level offense; the idea of a criminal charge hanging over me was terribly stressful and full of fear. Brian was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring regarding my case. When I called the office in a panic, not knowing what I was supposed to do for the next step he assured me that everything would be alright. I explained that I work in healthcare, I am an active volunteer with Girl Scouts, and that this could potentially be disastrous. I am happy to say that the resolution was the best possible outcome for me. I no longer have a criminal charge pending. Brian successfully got the charges reduced to a traffic offense, with a very low monetary fine. Thank You, Brian, for helping me through a stressful and challenging time.

I highly recommend this attorney because he is well versed in the law, well respected by his peers including the deputy prosecutors and judge. During my trial he was adept at pointing out the flaws in the case against me and presented a convincing closing argument, even though the prosecution was given the opportunity at rebutting his closing argument. The jury voted not guilty after deliberating for about 25 minutes. He is well worth it and be patient, the wheels of justice turn slowly at times.

Brian was very hard to get ahold of. After my initial appointment where I paid my retainer he did not contact me or follow up on my case. I felt like he took me for a ride to make easy money. He sold me on a outcome to my situation that in the end I learned was not realistic. I DO NOT advise someone to hire Brian.
