Last Friday a customer of this company, went and slammed into my house all my cars parked in what is my garage being, and taking 4 of my chariots that man intoxicating state, hize the claim and this day he called me a Hispanic woman that did not give me opirtunidad talking and just handed yelling at wing which I told him because I is screaming and treating me this way, being that his client swept all my cars and do not have to have to go to work

This is some lame Dollar General type insurance. I was rear ended at a red light by a client of theirs. They have been hard to get ahold of, and very uncooperative. Their rental reimbursement amount is lower than what you can even get a rental for. I should not be out of pocket at all for a wreck that their client casused. Very very shady so called insurance.

Was in an accident with one of there insured. Police report was filed and he was ticketed as well. That was on February 1, 2017. Today is April 26, 2017, almost 3 months later and I still have not received any information regarding my claim other than i just need to wait for an adjuster to contact me. This company is horrible. The worst ever.

I was in a little bumper accident with one of their customers. It has been a horrible experience trying to get my car fixed. Their agent is rude and impatient. Its been a month and a half and my vehicle still is not in the shop because they are so unorganized. I would never use them and I feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with them.

Started auto insurance with them in 2015 there has been ZERO changes claims or anything that could possibly raise my rates. I looked back at statements today and my monthly premium has doubled in 24 months!!!! They do in gradually with auto pay and raise it a few dollars every couple of months or when you renew your policy.
