They navigated the deep waters and underwriting exigencies for us as we relocated to Tyler from the plains of Colorado. I found them pleasant, openly Christian, and highly responsive. In my own line of work, responsiveness is prized highly, perhaps even more than technical expertise. The Legacy Mortgage Group team presented well on both of those counts. They provided helpful advice, got us a good rate, and handled the dizzying (and growing exponentially with each new governmental regulation) array of papers that needed to be shuffled to the proper parties. Both Derek and Holly made it to the closing, which was a pleasant surprise.
