I had the pleasure of working directly with CEO Ryan Wright and President Matt Schaugaard. These individuals demonstrated exceptional leadership and teamwork that motivates the company to exceed expectations for their members and investors. Ryan is one of the best risk managers in the Real Estate business and he has taught his team everything he knows. Each Account Advisor has received a top-notch education from Ryan and provide members with excellent support. Ryan is committed to helping fund good deals and I have seen him jump on the line multiple times to ensure that Real Estate deals are successful. This type of hustle from a CEO is hard to find. I reported directly to Matt during my tenure at DHM. Matt understands the nuts and bolts of the 100% Financing System better than anyone. He has spent countless hours training the Investment Division on how to identify, educate, and qualify the next generation of Real Estate Investors. Matt is positive, approachable, and he has a strong work ethic to see projects through. His positive energy allows him to drive change for the business and for his members. If you are looking to invest in Real Estate, I highly recommend you contact DoHardMoney. I liked working with Steve Martin. He is an Investment Director at DHM and he is a smart guy with a genuine interest in helping you get qualified. Overall great company!!!

I am a current employee of DoHardMoney. I can honestly say I help people every single day. I love working for a company that is true to their values. In my position I see deals from start to finish. I love that I help the members I work with get financial stability. What I enjoy is not ever feeling that I have to lie to make a deal happen or keep someone happy. I can be completely honest and help investors make the right deal happen. The reason I say right deal is because not very deal is a good one. I never want to see someone lose money. One way I can help that is to guide people when a deal is too risky and has a potential loss. The teams that I am surrounded by everyday are truly amazing, smart, and generous individuals. As for Ryan Wright the CEO, I have to say he is a role model leader. He cares about his employees and customers. I have never seen another leader personally who will take time to address individual needs and concerns. I can definitely say that I plan to be a part of the DHM team for a long time.

Use a better more professional Lender and not this company. I called their toll free number a few days ago because I wanted more information. I was told that I need to setup a consultation for the next day and they will answer all of my questions. The company emailed me a few times and even sent me texts to remind me of my meeting with them. Well.. they called over 45 mins late. I merely wanted some questions answered about their process. I was told that they would not answer any questions unless I had thousands of dollars in verified funds. Needless to say after 2 days and them wasting my time they were very RUDE and they still answered "0" questions. There are a gazillion lenders out there and I do not recommend this company as they have no respect or good business practices.

I had numerous questions after completing the ADA, more than what I could type in an e-mail. Melinda responded within a few hours, and contacted me via telephone to personally answer all my questions and issues. She provided me with the step by step guide on what to do now that I have found a property that will make financial sense and fit the profitability of all involved. I am hoping to make an offer, and lock into a contract within the next several weeks. I am excited about my new partnership with DHM.

I have completed one project using funding from Do Hard Money. It is a great resource because it allows the investor to fund a flip with no money down and no payments. They also provide very helpful software and tools to help evaluate deals and the profit potential. Like with anything, there are things about the company that could be more efficient and investor friendly. I can say the company is open to feedback to improve on this issues.

They were reasonable and understanding. They made a way for me to continue, despite the obstacles that were thrown in my path, that were not caused by DHM. Did a conference call with Michael Diaz and a new client I was referring. He did an excellent job explaining the process. The new client understood everything that he said to them about the program in its entirety. They signed up after the 45 minute interview. Kudos to Michael for being patiently explaining the program and making the new client totally comfortable with everything.
