Terrible lender. Would never recommend . I was pre qualified for a home loan thru Kelvin and he told me to go find my house . Once I finally did find my house and went under contract he disappeared. I called and left multiple msg at his office and cell still to this day no return call . He left me hanging while under contract and I had to find a new lender. Kelly credit union is wonderful and I did in the end get my house!

But kelvin and my realtor was with me every step of the way and provided excellent service. Any issue or concerns I had pertaining to the loan was addressed and resolved quickly.
