Terrible lender. Would never recommend . I was pre qualified for a home loan thru Kelvin and he told me to go find my house . Once I finally did find my house and went under contract he disappeared. I called and left multiple msg at his office and cell still to this day no return call . He left me hanging while under contract and I had to find a new lender. Kelly credit union is wonderful and I did in the end get my house!

My experience with buying a home was not the best due to issues with the house title issue, which had absolutely nothing to do with this company .. But kelvin and my realtor was with me every step of the way and provided excellent service. Any issue or concerns I had pertaining to the loan was addressed and resolved quickly.
