We discussed 2 possilbe options on how to move forward with my wifes green card and decided our best path forward. Mr Davis left the room, and returned with a contract and checklist of things needed from us. I visited a 2nd law firm who pointed out Davis had issued me paperwork for the wrong option. I contacted Davis and was redirected to a new attorney, who issued the new contract and list of needed paperwork. When I contacted her to ask questions, I was basically told "pay up and then in a few days we will let you talk to your paralegal who will handle the whole process. You only talk to me about payment" I contacted the 2nd law firm who answered all my questions in a few minutes. New law firm was 15% more expensive but I feel confident I am now in competent hands.

If you are looking for a lawyer to mess you up then you can pay Garry Davis . If you can google the (Matter of Lozada ) then you will understand that the lawyers that are not knowledgeable will make you loose your case and that was the ruling I got when he lost my case . He is only Interested in your money and takes you to immigration court to lie against you his client. My advise is be aware he is probably capable of filing forms but if you want a lawyer that will win your case this is not the one .
