This is not true what John wrote .... He is nice before he takes your retainer ... see how he treats you afterwards !!!! What he does is quick filing for which he charges you far in excess of the county fees. All what he does - you can do yourself. You think he is cheep? Wrong! He does nothing for the initial fee he takes from you. For all the rest - he will charge you arm and leg. If ask for help beyond - the rudeness starts as he operates on a quick profit for little or no work. (mass production style attorney). The worse is you can not trust him as he basically tries to get rid of you and will write to the judge to that effect - dropping you like a hot potato! You will find yourself without attorney in the middle of the mess that he created. Would you like to have opposing attorney against you and your OWN attorney against you as well?! Try John! He has Spanish speaking staff, as he operates on poor people who do not understand English. He is the worse experience I had and he got me in more trouble than I was in before seeing him. John - did you spend my money on horse races ? (which he is into)

Our experience with 123Divorce and Mr. Weninger in particular was extremely good! We had a very complex situation involving dishonesty, hurt egos, etc, all of which prompted dozens of questions on our part. Mr. Weninger waded through our various questions and simplified the whole process with only a nominal charge above his standard fee. We were very surprised that our bill was not significantly higher. Overall, the counseling we received, the legal issues handled and finalized, and the personal attention we received made our dealings with Mr. Weninger a pleasant experience. ...bh

Horrible experience with this firm......they delayed my case for months and did NOTHING other than file the motion to divorce in court which anyone can do. Then tried to hit me up for some more money despite having agreed on the costs upfront all this time I still haven gotten my divorce granted. File your divorce yourself and save your $$$. They will add no value to your case if anything they will waste your time. Would not recommend these guys to anyone. RUN somewhere else
