The majority of the time I am on the road for my job, traveling within the US and Canada. Not being home and having to handle every day business can be challenging. Recently, juggling multiple balls, looking for a home for my parents and closing on a new condo, I reached out to Amanda Adams for my insurance needs. Amanda was so quick, helpful and professional. I needed a flood insurance quote for a specific property my folks were interested in and she followed up immediately, providing me with everything I needed. She also provided me with options for my new condo which was appreciated. I was able to make decisions remotely with her help and get everything done within a timely manner. I wish all my business transactions were this easy and successful. I enjoy knowing State Farm has someone like Amanda. I have had previous assistance from her- it is nice to know there is a consistent person I can go to who makes me feel like I matter.

My family and I have been with Kirk for over 20 years . As an adult , I knew that I could count on Kirk to take care of my family as well as he did while I was growing up . I just want to say that EVERYONE at Kirk’s agency is always so courteous and extremely helpful with any issues I may have . I do however, have a favorite, Scott . I feel such a trust and secure feeling knowing that everything I have with State Farm will always be taken care of well, because of Scott . He is prompt, efficient & more importantly a true friend to you . Anything I need is taken care of that day . If he can’t help you , he finds out who can . You are truly doing your family a favor when you become a customer of Kirk Ingels State Farm Insurance Agency . They will care for all your generations.

Their office reached out to me when I was moving from Virginia to Austin and they have been incredible to work with. Scott Taylor has been my point of contact for the past year and has helped me with coverage for 3 cars, renters insurance and most recently homeowners insurance. He has always been friendly and readily available. Scott helped make sure everything went smoothly with the closing on our house. Whenever I call or email he responds right away. I have been with State Farm for years and have worked with several offices and this is the best office by far. Scott Taylor has given me an even greater appreciation for the State Farm name. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in Austin.

I highly recommend Kirk Ingels State Farm Insurance Company. I called around to many other companies to get home and car insurance quotes and many of them were not very knowledgeable and did not have immediate answers to my questions and they took forever with me on the phone. It was very frustrating. Then I called Adam Robison at Kirk Ingles State Farm and what a difference. He was very Knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, very nice, quick, and efficient. Best service and I was very happy with the rates. I feel very safe and satisfied knowing that Adam is handling my insurance policies. I felt so relieved after talking with him. Thank you Adam!!

I recently moved to Austin from the East Coast to set up a new Mortgage Lending Branch here. Out of the blue I saw some good reviews on Kirk Ingels Agency and called and mostly worked with Heather Fraley (although everyone I talked to there was very professional and helpful). Heather was awesome! Not only was she the lowest quote but she also made sure when there was bad info on my driving record we got a letter on letterhead from my current insurance company and it was fixed immediately. She then offered to help get me networked into the local community to help my new branch grow. If I could give more then 5 stars I would!

I read many of the reviews, and I thought they glowing recommendations of Amanda must have been faked or solicited. But I had to find out for myself. So I called Kirk Ingels office, and guess who answered. It was Amanda! And guess what? She is, in fact, incredible. Not only did she get my wife and I settled on moving our insurance from California to Texas quickly, she worked with me to find ways to lower my rate as well! Above and beyond, she surprised me with a "how to become a Texan" guide, which she wrote herself. It saved me many days of navigating government websites. Call Amanda. She is the awesome

Kirk Ingels State Farm Agency is the BEST! I have my auto, renters, and life insurance with Kirk. My rates are low and the staff is helpful. Last November I was in my first accident and they made the experience better than I could have ever expected! I called the office to file my claim and was treated with understanding and a positive attitude. Within the hour my State Farm claim rep called me and talked me through the process, set up my rental car, and gave me a laugh during such a stressful moment! I could not be happier and will never switch agents!

I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and the entire team at Kirk Ingels State Farm office. It has been a crazy last few years with lots going on and recently a move from our home in Westlake with lots of issues. State Farm stepped up at every turn and not only took care of everything but bent over backwards to make everything easier for us. Michelle is always helpful and "johnny on the spot"!!!! Kirk took over our accounts about 6 years ago and even though we have been with State Farm for 40 years, the service is unprecedented!!!!

Sheryl Uhland was quick in responding to my inquiry and was there to help me get everything set up and ready to go so I could pick up my car from the dealership that very day! Amanda does an amazing job of first understanding your needs and then making suggestions.. not the other way around. She is also very well informed on the policies and their trade-offs. She is the first agent (in over 20yrs) that looked at my full portfolio unsolicited and identified potential gaps or over coverage in those policies.
