I had been with State Farm for over 16 years. State Farm being the largest Auto, Homeowner Insurer in the United States, continued to raise my rates, even though I had no claims. My agent was good, but could not explain my excellent “NO” claims history, and continual rise in rates. My agent started to avoid me in asking the yearly questions. In fact, when I called they knew who it was, and what it was about. You would think they would prepare an annual review, before I called them? The Agent is the life line of any company. When I met Greg professionally, I had a sense his direct approach and clear understanding of Insurance, and his client’s expectations are his clear focus, which has resulted in his continued success. Thus, I placed a quote for Auto, Home, Personal Property, and Umbrella. Farmer’s quote came in significantly lower than State Farm, and the customer service was outstanding. It was also very very easy in this digital world. I would HIGHLY recommend Greg Schnee Agency, and can promise you will get customer service “second to none!” His high level of integrity, direct approach, will leave you comfortable knowing Greg understands his client’s needs.
