Horrible customer service. Information I received from the contractor and from the claim service was totally two different stories. When I called I wanted to speak with a supervisor and was told no supervisor was on duty. Was also told any Device broken from an “act of God” would not be covered. Yes, they used an act of God in a legal document that could mean anything they want it to. Do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a home warranty.

It took 2 companies, 3 calls, and 6 visits to just get my dishwasher fixed. The first company they sent out was horrible and the second man was good, but I had to request a different person after 4 times and 3 floods of my kitchen. I will not be renewing my home warranty with them.
