Working with Usher Financial Group is easily one the more pleasant experiences we’ve ever had in the financial domain. We had been paying mortgage insurance but knew we had enough equity in our house to stop paying that, and we knew that rates were low and may be rising in the future. Coupled with our desire to remodel a portion of our house, we decided to do a cash out refinance. We had started the process with our bank, who also was our mortgage holder, and it just didn’t work out. The bank could not secure an appraiser for us, and we felt pressured to pay a large sum in order to keep our locked in rate. This also wasted months of time and effort, all for nothing. After our very first discussion with Andrew at Usher Financial Group we knew we could trust him to get this done for us. From start to finish, the Usher Financial Group was in contact with us, supporting us each step. There was never a moment where we were left wondering what was next or if there was a next step that we should be doing. My spouse and I are both extremely busy professionals with two small children, and have essentially no time to spare. Usher Financial must have been doing a lot of work on their end, because it didn’t feel like we had to that much compared to our previous experience! After the refinance was complete, we received a thoughtful summary of what we had accomplished, which really helped us see the closure of the process and the benefits we reaped from refinancing with Usher Financial Group. We feel lucky to have connected with Usher Financial Group not only for the refinance, but for future advice and assistance in other arenas of our financial life. We are sticking with Usher Financial Group because we had a great experience and know we are in good hands!
