Justin Brown and his NuHome Financial team, as well as Patrick Panacci from NuHome Realty, made buying our first home surprisingly quick and easy, and almost stress-free. Everyone provided us with great customer service! Any questions we had were answered satisfactorily. Any concerns we had were promptly addressed. Any requests we made were happily accommodated. As young first-time homebuyers, we were so critical of everything, because we were definitely afraid of buyer’s remorse. But we never felt that we were being pushed in a direction we didn’t want to go. Justin was honest and up-front about all of our options, and never hid any detail from us. Patrick listened attentively to the needs and wants for our home and lifestyle, and negotiated the best deal for quite the dream home in an affluent and sought-after neighborhood. Much of the process was conducted online, which was very convenient for our hectic work schedules. E-mail and text messaging was the main form of communication, which was more preferable for us. Without a single doubt, I would recommend Justin Brown and his NuHome Financial and NuHome Realty team. In fact, we’ve been singing his praises to everyone! We have at least one of our co-workers now in escrow with Justin since we’ve closed escrow and moved into our home! If we ever sell our home to purchase another, I will certainly seek the services of NuHome Financial and NuHome Realty again.

Justin and his staff have been great to work with. Having found his company from Yelp, I first contacted Justin through email. This was a Friday afternoon so I know most people want to get home. However Justin spent the time reviewing my information even after hours. I knew he could help me refinance my house since he was so dedicated and knowledgeable. I needed to write this review due to the high level of service my wife and I received. The Nuhome financial team was great. I dealt with Justin, Anarosa, and Elysia. All were very responsive and helpful. I never had to wait longer than half a day for a response from either one. I am always very skeptical when seeing any business on Yelp with high ratings from so many customers. In this case I can definitely see why these ratings are true. They handled my refinance very efficiently and we closed escrow quickly. I expressed to Justin that I wish I would have dealt with his team when purchasing our home a few years back. The technology used to show me the options we had in regards to our refinance was far advanced than any other quotes I received. Between the technology and great service, this experience surpassed my expectations. I am in sales as well and you can definitely tell that this team has dialed in the quality portion of their customer service. A huge thank you again to the Nuhome team for the help with our refi.

I was in the market for a mortgage on a new home purchase. After speaking with several brokers, I contacted Justin. His firm had by far the best rates. When I went back to my original broker to see if he could match the rate Justin had quoted me, I was told "No way", and that he would be surprised if I could get that rate. It ended up that Justin was able to beat even his own low rate he quoted me. And, I ended up getting a nice rebate on the origination fees and a nice rebate when I had their realtor (Patrick) find me a better home than I originally looked at. I have referred other people I know to his company, knowing that they will be well taken care of. His office staff is awesome and is always available to answer any questions you may have.

At first, I had some apprehensions of having Justin do our refinancing of our mortgage loan because nobody referred him to me. I got his information from the bunch of mails I received from mortgage loan companies. When I researched all of them (20+ of them), Justin got the best reviews from satisfied customers. From 20+, I narrowed them down to 5. NuHome was the only one who was able to give us what we were aiming for in terms of what our monthly mortgage should be, interest rate, APR etc. If you feel that there is something you did not like during the process, Justin will address it right away. I have to admit I had a rather interesting experience with refinancing my home through NuHome Financial. The process started out pretty simple and while there was a bit of a delay in processing the refinance, I was still pretty satisfied. However, a much larger problem came about through the original Title and Escrow company that was being used. There were some very inappropriate comments made toward myself and I was fully prepared to cancel the entire process. In the end, because of the quick and fair responses by NuHome Financial I ended up redoing the loan with a different Title and Escrow company and have been very happy overall.
