Jodie and JB were very informative and advised me along the whole process as to what to expect next. They provided me with a link where I could follow the process to see where I was in the the loan approval. They were are always available when I had questions and returned calls promptly with the answers. They were very professional and always made sure I understood each step along the way. Highly recommend Jodie and J.B. They were there for me from beginning to end. I needed to raise my credit by a couple points and they told me how, then was able to get me my loan with such ease. I had 3 coworkers getting mortgages at the same time and each one was complaining about all kinds of hoops they had to go through. I experienced none of that. Best home buying experience ever!
