My name is Sheana, my husband Mike and I came to Eric Z at InterLinc Mortgage 18 months ago, desperate.  We had been transferred with little warning and wanted to be in our own home.  I knew I wanted a quality lender after a previous horrible experience. I was referred to Eric by a Bank in Chandler. I met with Eric who was kind, and more than knowledgeable about appropriate lending.  He guided us through getting our credit straightened out as well as teaching us how to maintain it. Yes, it feels impossible, but you can fix it.  We were very specific about what we wanted in our home so it took a while to find our dream country home. When we finally found our home, Eric got us pre-approved. This was all done in a matter of 3 days. The process was smooth. We appreciated the constant communication with Eric and Gina, because buying a home can be stressful and the last thing you want is a lender you can never reach.   The communication alone puts Eric and Gina above the rest! I highly recommend Eric and The Zanotelli Team as they helped from the start by showing how to increase our credit scores and took care of all the details up and through the day of closing.   Thank you for all you did for us.
