Finding the Mountain Blog

I am constantly frustrated by Navy Federal. Though the employees at this branch are fantastic, when it comes to the company as a whole, escpecially trying to call in and understand the call center workers, at bestt I am indifferent. I relish the times when I feel indifferent. More often then not I am extremely frustrated, like right now. If you are looking for a new bank, perhaps look somewhere else.

I have a very bad view of financial institution, but I am amazed with the quality of the service they are offering. Service is fast and online banking fantastic. The new improved app is even better. From now on banking exclusively with NFCU.
