Bobby Thompson and his team at Cornerstone Home Lending are by far the most professional and considerate people we’ve ever worked with. During our recent buying experience we had all but given up hope of keeping the deal for our dream home together. Other lenders were unable to complete the closing as expected. However, our broker made contact with Bobby and he went to work. Not only did he come through in a big way, his confidence throughout the process relieved our tension during a very stressful process. And he was able to keep the process on track and close on our original date. I’m in the customer service business so I’m well aware of what exceptional service looks and feels like. Bobby really made our refinance easy. In fact I was dragging my feet due to being so busy in life and he kept with me and ended up getting me a GREAT Interest Rate. Also, I found it very satisfying that he knows about Insurance rates and mentioned that I was possibly paying too much and so I called my agent and asked about it and now my Homeowners is $500/yr. less and he even went as far as to have other agents contact me with quotes so that I could compare. I highly recommend Bobby Thompson as he was also recommended to me by another happy customer.
