We have been waiting years to refinance our home and when home values and interests rates finally aligned in our favor, I looked long and hard for the best refinancing option! Ryan was the answer! Not knowing how long we will be staying in our house, we did not want to put lots of money into a refinance. Ryan helped us refinance our house from a 30 year loan to a 15 year loan at no cost to us! Not only that, the interest rate was so good, we are keeping an almost identical house payment to the one we had with our 30 year loan! From the time I first contacted him to signing papers, it was two weeks! Fast, knowledgeable, friendly, the best. I have nothing but praise for him!
