Working with Dean Riddell and SWBC is the most pleasurable experience anyone could have. Dean made processing a loan a comfortable experience. Dean treats his customers like they were lifelong personal friends. Most loan companies tell you are a valuable customer; however, with Dean and SWBC there is no doubt you are valuable to them. We have just completed our third successful loan through Dean Riddell and I would not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance with their loan. I wonder why they got so many good feed backs. I got taken in by their good feed back. My file was there for a week untouched. Calls after calls and texts. Just found out that one document was not signed. When I address my concern to Dean, he said you are welcome to look for a different lender. Not to mention about their receptionist is wearing flip flops at work, I should have say no when I notice that.

Mortgage officer was unprofessional in the way he spoke to both my husband and I.....the amount we needed at closing turned out to be 100% more than he told us we would need.....had a hard time getting him to update paperwork for us, it took over two weeks and evem then he tried to get us to sign papers with the wrong amounts on them.....would not recommend to friends
