My experience with these guys went smooth. Communication was on point and in a timely manner. There were of course bumps along the way but they made sure to make things right. Towards the end of escrow there was a delay which cause me to extend the contract. A fee was chargred to me from the seller for the extension. I was a little upset that I had to pay out of my pocket during that time. When closing time came, Mission San Jose Mortgage honored to pay the extension fee for me. I was shocked that anyone would do that for me ever, especially from a company that is there to make money. I asked them to apply it as credit to the closing cost instead. That was the highlight for me during the whole experience. At this point it was clear to me that these guys are not here to take peoples money and leave you hanging. They had my back and that felt real good.These guys owned up to any mistakes on their behalf. It is so hard to find any business that would own up to anything nowadays. That is just good ethics period, and they proved to me they had it. I would highly reccomend working with these guys. They were spectacular in everyway. I really want to thank you guys for helping me achieve my goal of owning my first home and making a dream into reality for me and my family. To anyone reading this post, dont hesitate with these guys they are legit.
