Preston Ellis helped me the entire way. He made sure I understood all the new rules and the processes since I was a first time buyer. He got me a great deal with only having to pay 1% of the down payment since my credit score was above 750 as well as managed my closing cost so that it was low. Its my first home so i knew nothing of the process and Preston explained the mortgage part to me and show me how it would all work. Also, he always got back to me within the day if i had any questions. Buying a home was a stressful process but Preston was there to help me every step of the way. Good mortgage broker to have on your side.
