Working with Dave through MSi for my first home was truely an amazing experience. Since we are from India, we did not have any idea about Home Loan and Mortgage, we just came to United States 1 year back and thought of buying a home in Bloomington. I was quite lucky that I got his reference from one of my Real State Agent EP Martin. Dave helped me to understand all the costs very clearly, He showed us several plans and helped us to get suitable grants also. It will not be possible to write all good experiences at here, the list is quite long. But in short I will say, he is a man of integrity and always keep his words. He is truly commented to his work and very honest. I really appreciate him for his work. You can close your eyes and go to Dave, he will get best deals for you and will complete all the works within time.

We recently worked with Maureen Knudson and her staff in the Schaumburg, IL office for the purchase of a new home. We had gone with Chase when we purchased our townhome and found the level of service to be poor. My realtor recommended Maureen and MSI and from the pre-qual, to the planning, to 1,000 questions during the process, through the closing, Maureen and her staff were professional, attentive, informative, and prompt. I can be very demanding as a client and everyone took it in stride. As a result on less than 45 days from offer to close contingent on the sale of our place, I had a clear to close over a week ahead of time and had no issues with settlement. From this point forward, I will be sending all of my friends to MSI.
