Over a year ago I had a discrimination issue come up at my former employer. I called Phillips and Associates at 7pm, well after closing. I thought I would leave a message however, Jessenia answered the phone and was able to talk me through what had just happened to me. She talked to me almost like a therapist, then walked me through the legal aspects of what we could do about the situation. For the next year my team Jessenia and Steven kept me informed and sometimes listened to my frustrations. In the end we came to a settlement that was the best I could have hoped for. My biggest fear entering into a lawsuit was the personal and emotional stress I thought the process would incur. Luckily Steven and Jessenia are patient and work very hard for their clients.
