Stopped in this afternoon looking for a hotel that accepted pets, as we are traveling to our new home and have our Poofy cat with us. Christine at the front desk was so polite and helpful as she told us that they do not accept pets, but she would be happy to find us a hotel that did. Within minutes she had connected us to a great hotel and even allowed us to book the room right there. It was very refreshing to meet someone such as Christine who truly understands the meaning of customer service.

Traveling for almost 2 weeks, with a different motel every night. This was by far our favorite. Most reasonable price of any and also the nicest. Large room, very clean, modern decor. Front desk staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Best thing: I left my laptop computer in the room and traveled to another state, they were quick to contact us and arrange to have it shipped to out home. So thankful for their standard of ethics.

For what it cost a night I was not impressed. The walls were really thin and I heard the people next door banging things against the wall and talking loudly, which had woke me up! Then someone above us was heavy footed, stoping around. Then early morning people with no consideration were letting their suitcases hit each stair instead of picking them up....so not much sleep was had. People in the office were of no help!

Room where suppose to be non-smoking 1st night sheets smell like cigarettes . 2nd night had them change but room still smell bad like cigarettes. Other than that room place was ok. Was ok close to lake mead convenient and gas station near by places to eat close by

Not bad, check-in staff was great. Our room was over taken by ants last night there about 2 in morning, not sure what they were after, all over bathroom, found a couple on bed. Manager did give 20. Discount. Something better than nothing I guess.

Very nice registration / front desk staff. Clean, updated facility. The rooms are clean, carpet free, comfy beds, well decorated, accommodating and comfortable. I was very pleased with my last minute stay.

This hotel was super cute, and inexpensive for the location and the size of the room. The rooms were clean, spacious and trendy. It was only a 6 minute walk to nearby dining and live music.

No breakfast was a bit disappointing and our room was far away from any parking spaces, but other than that it was a great functional hotel for an overnight stay! COMFY BEDS!

It had really nice rooms. And the Tap restaurant and bar up front had great drinks and food. Plenty of parking as well and a large back area for trailers.
