My initial introduction to NCF was May 2010, at the time my credit was in the ‘dumps’ your valued associate Monique Martin and your staff worked diligently to assist me to increase my scores enough for me to qualify to purchase a home in December 2011. My last correspondence with Monique Martin was in February 2013, she assured me that should I ever need the services of NCF, she was just an email away. A couple days ago, I received a phone call from a person who identified himself as calling from a lawyers Office demanding payment of a 12 plus year old credit card balance. I told the caller unless I receive his concerns in writing I will not continue the conversation. Yesterday FedEx delivered a two page letter, I remembered Monique of NCF, and sent her an email inquiry, within a matter of an hour she called me by phone, and satisfied my concerns. My appreciation to Monique Martin, for assuring a 75 year old senior citizen that life can go on without this cloud hanging over my head. I am so thankful to have found NCF and my direct consultant, Monique Martin! My student loan debit was beyond unreasonable and I felt like there would be no way I could ever pay it back in my lifetime or be able to live a normal life debit free. After working with Monique my private student loans will be fully paid off in two years (just over a year left now) at 44.78% less than the original balance. Monique has always been supper responsive, positive and calm. Monique really has helped make this process a lot less overwhelming and I am forever grateful! We have had an awesome experience with National Credit Foundation!! Krista was awesome to work with and was always willing to answer questions or make suggestions to me and my husband.
