We have had VHP here several times for the same problem with our furnace. We have also paid this company more than $1000 in repairs for this problem. The first two times they came out, they found nothing wrong, and charged us a $90 service fee just to change the batteries in the thermostat. We could have done this ourselves. Needless to say, a week later the same problem occured. Rob came out, charging us ANOTHER service fee, and more than $500 to replace a gas valve. The furnace once again worked for a couple weeks, and stopped working again. This time Harry came out and installed a new motor, charged us yet ANOTHER service fee and almost $200 for the part, just for the furnace to stop working again. This time, Harry came out again, charged us ANOTHER service fee, plus $120 to install a $40 thermostat and a new wire. Once again, the furnace is not working. We have only had it running for a week so far. We called Jet Heating and Cooling, who sent a guy named Jason, and he had the problem fixed within 10 minutes. He also told us, if we needed a new furnace, he would have installed a 95% efficiency for about $2200, when VHP would have installed an 80% like we have now for $2500. We are done with these CROOKS.

The ranking below is for the work on our plumbing done by Dave Looney. Originally we had Dave as a serviceman about a year and a half ago to do some remodeling. When we had a problem with our garbage disposal, we called Vincent’s because his outstanding work. We were delighted that he was able to fix our plugged disposal. Unfortunately several days later, we developed a leak in the disposal. We called and were scheduled immediately. Dave came and took pictures of our disposal and showed us the bad news that the disposal had rusted areas that were leaking. He explained our options and we opted to replace the whole unit. Dave promptly replaced the unit, while explaining the do’s and don’t of its proper use. He also explained the warrantee thoughly. There is no doubt that if or when we have plumbing problems, we will call Vincent’s because of the superior workmanship of Dave Looney. I would not recommend Vincent heating & plumbing to anyine. Job was poorly done and I paid them over $1000 to fix a furnace that they apparently couldnt fix. I had Jets out here to fix it and have had no problem since. I also paid them over $8000 to do all of my plumbing and that was not done right. I had another company out here and had to pay them $600 to fix a pipe that Vincent heating and plumbing left the old pipe inside the new pipe. It also left the drainage from the toilet in the pipe that wouldnt go down. when they took the pipe apart to fix it it made them sick to their stomach with the smell.

Called Vincent Plumbing told them my problem. they sent out a service person with in the hour. He checked my furnace for the trouble,found it and installed a new part. Working fine now. Thank you for the fast service.Also purchase a safty inspection plan so they can come out once a year to check and make sure my furnace is working good. thanks again.

I would not recommend this company. They charge customers for their service plan and don"t do a complete inspection of equipment. They do not follow through with the customer to make sure everything is working properly. They sell equipment that is way over-priced. This is a company that takes advantage of people.

Plumber showed up ahead of schedule and was very pleasant and polite. Gave us different options and did not try to hard sell. Was knowledgeable and proceeded to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time. Respected my requests as to what I wanted done and finished the work. A job well done.
