Today, I was told by the Supervisor of the Claims Department that there was a Claim against my AAA Car Insurance in December and I did not authorize a Claim? this is wrong and I do not understand how a claim can be done in December on my Policy with out my Knowledge, I found out because my Insurance payment just went up by $60.00 per month. I was called in December about a hit and run in Bloomfield at the Gas station on Telegraph and Maple Road that is open 24/7 and I did not hit anyone and some one told the police in December that I did and I went to court 3 times and there was no Police Video, NO Police officer and the Person that said I did this lied and it is a Scam and AAA did Authorize a Claim against my Insurance against my knowledge and Michigan is a NO fault state and I did not have a accident or a Crash. AAA is wrong to do this to me and I was told someone would call me back in one hour and I have been waiting for a return phone call since 8 am. People please be careful, if AAA will do this to me a long time customer, they could be doing this to YOU. After going to Court 3 times and Paying for a Lawyer, I now find out that the claims department has a claims against me after, I told them that I did not hit anyone and there was NO accident and NO crash. It is time to find another insurance company because this company does not care about the customers. I have never had a accident in my life and I am 60 years old and now they file a claim and do not even tell me. THIS IS WRONG AND SO WRONG AND I AM GOING TO FIND OUT HOW THIS COULD BE DONE TO ME AND THIS AAA HAS DONE WRONG AND THEY LIED TO ME. Still not return phone call and just lies!!! NO one cares !!! My nephews have been waiting on a tow now since 9:30p and its going on midnight now. And everytime they call disbatch after an hour has passed they are told that the tow will be they in 15 minutes. Unacceptable.
