I have been trying to get somebody on the phone for a few days now. They only respond for new policies. If you are already signed up and have questions it seems AAA is not interested in your business anymore. It concerns me how this is working out if I actually have a claim - I am expecting the worst at this point.

Aside from managing AAA membership and insurance, many kinds of DMV paperwork can be done here, such as registration renewal and title transfers. Unlike DMV, lines are short or non-existent. Staff is helpful and pleasant.
