ZERO STARS! Horrible! Save yourself time and just hand your CC number out to random people you pass on the streets. They will continuously charge your CC even after you call and request to have the account canceled before their Charge date. They will go ahead and tell you when you call that they have canceled the account and your CC wont be charged... Then wait about 5 months down the road when your less watchful for them to make any charges to your account and charge your card. I called today AGAIN and asked why this was? Surprise they had no record of my phone call -no notes...no recorded phone calls (as all phone calls are monitored and or recorded)! Amazing right. Beyond that the female Named Ashley I spoke with automatically cocked a major attitude as soon as that was said... immediately accusing me of lying about my previous phone call to cancel this "Dental Discount Plan". Refused to let me speak to a manager about the situation and hung up on me three times before I was able to get a confirmation number that it was indeed cancelled this time. Florida Better Business Bureau has been contacted along with my CC company to dispute this BS Company Charge. BUYER BEWARE!!

I manage a dental practice and had a patient ask me about one of their plans. I spoke to the same customer service representative that the patient did and they tried to bamboozle me the same way they did the patient. They are NOT transparent as another reviewer stated. Without dealing with insurance companies day in and day out, it can be somewhat complicated. They only sell discounted dental plans. This means you pay 100% of the "discounted fee" out of pocket. The insurance company, nor does True Dental Discounts, help pay any of the cost of dental care. You are going to pay this company a couple of hundred dollars and they give you nothing in return. As I told my patient, if it sounds too good to be true, then it definitely is when it comes to dental insurance. Call the insurance companies directly and ask if they have individual PPO or HMO plans. Do NOT let True Dental Discounts take your money!

HE THEN FUNNELS THE TRAINING CLASS INTO THE LUCK FEW WHO MAKE SALES TO UNSUSPECTING ELDERLY HOPING THAT THESE PEOPLE WILL CONTINUE TO BE LUCKY.

I worked there for 2 weeks and i got paid for i week and im still waiting to get paid for my last day that i worked i dont understand how a company could do business this way i called wade over 5 times and he said it was sent which it was not i also sent him over 10 text and he never answered me back also. So i called the office manager brittany she said she will let me know well once again now im getting the run around from her as well i know its just for a one day but i earned that money its mine they are so un professional as a company. Its very sad they treat people this way

I went to the dentist today for a cleaning and received no great discount. I did not get my teeth cleaned as they wanted over $100.00. This is what I paid 6 months ago and I thought that having this plan I would be paying less. I came home and was on the phone for over an hour trying to cancel my plan. I spoke with 9 different people and was transferred 6 times because each person I talked with was unable to do a cancellation. I find this rather disappointing.
