First Time Home Buyer Experience.... I want to start by encouraging all future homeowners that a piece of the American dream is possible. I started my journey back in October 2016 and was told NO by several lenders but then I met Nathan Young . Calling him in tears because I did everything possible to qualify for a home Loan. He listened to me and understood my disappointments and set backs but said only a few words and those words were, " I GOT YOU". It was so comforting to know that someone heard me and not treat me like an applicant but a person with feelings, a hard working person with a dream and purpose. Nathan and his staff worked my loan day in and day out. Going above and beyond to make sure that I knew the documents that were needed, making sure I was apart of the whole Loan Process. Guys, to get the call from Nathan that he found me a lender , the excitement in his voice over the phone as we both screamed and shouted YASSSS!!!! was priceless. So once again to all future homeowners out there that need some direction, guidance and reassurance turn to Nathan Young who is not only an AWESOME MORTGAGE BROKER but my Friend.. P.S. Had the best experience with Nathan Young and Karla Doolittle, They helped ever step of the way and made everything simple and easy to understanding paperwork to answering any questions we may have had, everything was done electronically from any forms and paper work that needed to be submitted, no worrying about trying to find time to get off work to run to their office, simple as opening your email and signing or sending whatever was needed, Stuck to their word and never had to worry about anything. Very prompt in returning phone calls and emails, If I could give a ten star rating I would because that is how wonderful they are. Will definitely be referring them to my friends and family because they treat you like family. They Rock!!!
