We have known Mark and Kathy foster when we lived in southern California and before they started their own Mortgage business. Due to their service and commitment in getting us what we need, makes it a no brainer for us to choose them. There is no sales pitch, guilt or pressure in working with them. We moved to northern California in 1996 and have bought, refinance multiple times with them both on my home and investments. Their ability to know the market , not just in southern California, but all of California is a valuable asset to us since we also invest in property thru out California. They always kept in contact with us and at times would ping me about the rates knowing our needs. This is another great asset since we don’t need to keep an eye out for rate changes , they do it for us. This is much different then some online trigger to let you know a rate has change. They personalize the rate based on our needs and know how to cut to the chase. We find them to be honest even when I challenge them with another quote. I just completed a refinance cycle with the help of the Mortgage Resource Group and I’m blown away with how smoothly it went. Kathy and Mark found the perfect lender for me and worked closely with both the lender and me to get all the loan documents completed along with the property appraisal very rapidly. I was kept informed on the progress of the loan on an almost daily basis and any question I had concerning it was promptly answered. Incredible as this may seem, Kathy was even able to negotiate a ¼ % lower interest rate with the lender in addition to getting me this loan at no cost to me!!
