We went with C2 Financial - San Diego Lending Solutions for our lending for the last home we purchased. We had initially thought we would go with a lender who we had spoken with however, there was significant delays in communication and we were ready to put an offer on a home. I contacted Dan on a Friday afternoon via email. I received a response within a few hours. I then sent all financial documents that was needed. We chatted on the phone that evening and I explained we had just put an offer on a home and should the seller accept, we would need to move quickly. The seller counteroffered and then we reached an agreement by the end of the day on Saturday. Dan and his team moved quickly to qualify us and get financials in order. By Monday, we were in escrow. Escrow was a very smooth process (the smoothest we ever have had and this is our 5th home purchase). Dan was communicative on what the next steps were as well. During our signing of loan docs, Dan was there as well to ensure all went well. I highly recommend Dan and his team. From experience, I know and understand how hard it is to find a great lender! He came to my home, learned what I was trying to accomplish (living in my home after retirement) and in a short while he had secured a 30 year, 3.25% fixed rate loan for me.
