I started working with Remoun after losing a bid on home because the realtor was not responsive and did not submit my offer on time. With Remoun, he worked his magic through a short sale in 2009/2010 when short sales were near impossible to get through. Remoun is very patient, he is always there to answer any questions. He is available through phone, text, fb, you name it, he makes time to answer any questions you may have. Four years after the deal was sealed, Remoun is still there to answer any questions I may have. I even used him to refi for even more savings. He is not pushy, he does not rush you into anything. The industry is plagued with amateur real estate agents out for a quick score. Remoun is different, he does not treat you like a one time pay day. He really takes care of you like family and tries to make the complicated/messy experience of buying a home positive and memorable. He really does look out for your best interest. DO NOT HESITATE TO WORK WITH REMOUN AND HIS COMPANY FOR ALL YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS! They are second to none! Thank you for your excellent service Remoun and Team! After many years of thinking about purchasing a home I came accross Remos page on facebook and contacted him immediately about us attending one of his home buyers workshops.  My husband and I attended on a Saturday morning and learned so much and many great tips which we used on every search we went on.  When we saw the knowledge they had we decided to go with Remo and his team. Remo and his team were amazing. We had a very difficult house to sell that ended up having to be sold to an investor to flip. Remo gave us multiple options and did his best to get the best possible sale. We live out of the area and he arranged for home repairs, multiple open houses, estate sales and the hauling away of what was left over. What would we have done without him?!
