Bryan and the rest of the Fairway team made the process of buying my first house very easy. Bryan did a great job of explaining all my mortgage options and their associated costs. He sent me a link to an online report comparing closing costs and monthly payments for the different loan options. The online tool helped me define what purchase price I could afford. I compared the final financing option against another lender and I definitely received a competitive rate. He worked well with my realtor and was very responsive in sending preapproval letters. Once we had an accepted offer, the processing team made clear document requests. Bryan kept me updated throughout all the steps of the mortgage process. The Fairway team exceeded my expectations by meeting an aggressive closing schedule and even closed two days early!
