I was referred to John by our realtor and I am so glad I trusted her! From the day we were introduced, to the very end John was super professional, patient, accessible, and informative. Unlike many others in commission-based or commission-incentivized professions, John was never salesy or pushy which also made a big difference for me. John explained our options, answered all of our questions and closed the transaction on time and with no surprises! Even when I was obviously shopping for other loans and comparing options and hit John with a million questions and requests, he was always super patient and accommodating. He not only gave us the best deal, but managed to get the loan approved and close the transaction in a very short period of time demanded by the sellers. Others I was shopping with couldn’t believe I was getting a better deal elsewhere and tried to tell me that that we may get surprised at the end. I was pleased that as John assured me, there were no surprises indeed! Choose John for all your buying and refinancing needs, you will be glad you did!

John consistently has the best rates lowest fees and gets the loan done in 30 days. People are scared of "big banks" because they notoriously take 60 days to do a loan. Not the case with John, he over and over has closed loans in 30 days. He communicates well and my buyers are always happy when they use John.
