The management has changed in the last year and the new people working there go through your laptop once they have it in the back. I have spyware on the laptop I pawned and these people tried to get into my bank account (duh...I'm getting a loan from these guys, there was no money in the bank account) they tried to get into the account so many times that it reset itself. They tried to get into my email but I cleared all the accounts before taking the laptop in. They tell you to remove passwords in case you don't come back for your property. They wrap the item very little so they can get right into it ( the previous management wrapped your property really well to keep it clean & safe) these new people appear to be trying to gather personal information that can be sold or used by individuals working there. The people in that back room have all day to snoop in your files on your laptop, desktop or iPad. I won't ever go there for help again. I don't know why they changed management but now this place should not be trusted with your laptop or any item that stores your personal information. I am forwarding this review to the BBB, the Attorney General, and local police department

The blonde manager is a snatch...accused me of bringing in stolen things because it was ALMOST brand new and I still had the box..she says "I need the receipt" bi*** if I had the receipt I would have taken it back to home Depot and gotten all of my money back....DO NOT GO HERE WITH THESE SORRY SUNSABITCHES
