Dan Goodrich has been in the insurance business for decades and knows it well. Unlike many in the Hampton Roads area, he was born and raised here so he knows the unique characteristics of this market with respect to business trends regarding insurance. As an independent agency, not beholden to 1 insurance carrier, they are always developing relationships with new firms. Goodrich and Watson has been my insurance agent for over 10 years and is always working to lower my costs. They have reduced my auto and homeowner insurance costs by shopping the market, combining coverage etc. Goodrich and Watson also provides excellent customer service. Over the years, I have been in a jam more than once trying to provide proof of auto insurance to enter a military base or rent a car. They have always quickly faxed or emailed in the proof of insurance right into the base security office or my personal fax and email.
