Why does it take a full year to finish the process when everything was done 2 months after the process started? Why is the turnover rate almost 100% for everyone who works there? Every time you call to check in on the paperwork or the status they only give you another hurdle to jump over to make it seem like its your fault nothing is complete. In all reality they are just passing the job off to each other. Started my divorce in August by October all paperwork was signed and notarized and submitted back. In December after checking the status they told me the person originally handling my case no longer worked there and they were trying to pick up where he left off. No one ever communicated anything with me. When i called back in January i found out there was a new person in charge of my case. She told me she was waiting on the attorney to take everything to the court to get it signed and there may be a delay due to the inauguration. Called in February for 2 weeks straight and was told Daniella was not available and wasnt in the office du to her going to school. I was told this by her secretary Valeria. In March Valeria then tells me the reason none of the paperwork has been completed was because I hadnt paid the other portion of the fees (I was told originally back in August to pay half up front and the remainder once the final copy of the decree was complete). Because they made it seem as if i was holding up the process i made the payment and completed what was the "final thing holding it up." "Give it 2 weeks after your payment for us to go across the street to the judge to get him to sign it" 2 weeks later theres another excuse. I call again the beginning of April to find out Valeria will no longer be there and my case is once again being passed off to someone else. This law firm doesnt do anything but give bs excuses to buy themselves time as they twiddle their thumbs and do absolutely nothing. If Google allowed me to give 0 stars i swear i would. I will not recommend this place to anyone for any type of case.

Should be no stars for them Contacted Jad Sarsour because traffic issue, of a reckless driving with misdemeanor charges in a “moped” motorbike 63/ 35 speeding, clocked in a wet sharp curve in a raining day, when I know for a fact that this moped can barely can hit 70 in a perfect condition sunny day. . First, I have to go to court to ask for a continuance, this law firms told me to go by myself, but when I’m at court I have the a Judge asking me all kind of question including the name of my lawyer, and technical question like if I want a bench trial or a Jury trial….How I supposed to know all that? Is not why you pay a lawyer? 2 weeks before the trial I went to the office trying to explain my case and agree in a strategy and nobody want to hear it, I have maps, speed measured to prove that the police officer was wrong, but nobody want to hear me at the law firm. They told me not to worry. I went to the office again a week before the trail and finally I could speak with my “assigned” lawyer. She said that she will get with an agreement with the prosecutor NOT TO WORRY, nothing of maps or speed measures really matter. Finally the day of the trail came and I have a NEW LAWYER that I never spoke with before, and SHE HAD NO CLUE ABOUT MY CASE, worst of all she told me that the prosecutor didn’t want any kind of deal and we have to go to trial right now. There I was with a layer with no a clue about my case, ready to face a very smart and aggressive prosecutor, and of course I was found guilty. The only thing that saved me of going to jail and have my license suspended was my maps and pictures that everybody on this useless law firm decided to ignore..All to blame to this law firm who never care about my case, they are cheap “fast food style firm” and this is the result. STAY AWAY!!

Hired Jad Sarsour. Spoke with him about all the details of my case weeks in advance. A different lawyer showed up to court 5 minutes after the start time of my court date. Literally had no idea of any of the facts about my case when he showed up. Had to explain everything again to this new guy. The only thing he talked about was how bad loudoun is and how it is easier in fairfax county. Literally everything out of his mouth was "too bad this didnt happen in fairfax county." And "I cant offer a sugestion of what to do." What the hell did I pay for if this fool cant suggest what I should do. I would have paid extra to have Jad show up if I knew some jackass was gonna show up late to my court date with absolutely no information, and no insight into my case. Could have gotten a public pretender to get me the same exact deal I presume. My advice is that when you hire this law firm, make sure you talk to the person that WILL be at your hearing. Because they dont share notes. As a matter of fact the only notes my NEW lawyer had were a couple scribbles written on my manila envelope that Jad had quickly jotted down when I met with him in his office. A little more transparency would have been nice.

Attorney Eliana Albelbaisi represented me in a complicated child custody case. She is a very smart and compassionate family attorney who knows her stuff. She was always available on the phone/email and respond to my queries promptly. My ex was denying me visitation with my daughter and asking to pay her attorney fee in court & asking to pay her huge amount of child support. Mr. Sarsour is an aficionado of the law with the uttermost professionalism, tenacity and courtesy. I needed a lawyer and I was referred to him by a friend of mine. When I called him it felt as if we have known each other for years even though it was the first time I spoke with him. He was pleasant, funny, refreshing and made me feel good about my situation. His office staff was very professional to deal with and the whole process was streamlined. He executed as promised on the day of court and made a cornucopia of a difference for me. Would give 0 stars if I could. The communication is horrible. The attorneys just switched in the middle of my case without anyone informing me. I was talking to one attorney for a few months and then all of a sudden "someone new" took over due to the previous attorney no longer being available. No one ever sends updates. I have to call every day to speak to the attorney in charge (at that time) and then all I am left with is a voicemail. I cant wait for the case to be over. I will never use them again for anything or recommend them to anyone else. I didnt feel appreciated or really helped. I am patiently counting down the days until this is all finalized.

I got charged with a reckless driving in VA and needless to say, reckless driving in VA is a nightmare and stays on your record for 6 years!
