This is a company that will not answer your phone calls nor reply to your emails/messages. All of the employees are miserable and hate their life and think they could speak to their customers in anyway... Especially Marcus and "Reynoso"... The receptionist (young black lady: who I was told is a temporary employee) is a complete jerk (me trying my best not to curse)... And speaks like she’s from the projects. I do not know why they hire these people.. Just Imagine when you actually need them during a time of crisis... They will not help and make your life easier... Save your time and money!!! Big thanks to Richard and Max!!! They came to the rescue when their employees were not doing their job. Eric or whatever his name (or what I like to think of him: Useless) was just smiling, while Max and Richard took care of everything.

you cant ask any question over phone all you hear is no one can answer your call at this time this happening all day 9.00am to 4.00pm when you go there you still need to wait at least 30min when a lot of ppl hanging around in office
