I had called 5 times today to get emergency road side assurance and they kept telling me I did not have it.. I had called in April to add the coverage to my insurance before it expired and the representative said I was taken care of.. now that my car has broken.down they tell me there was nothing they could do.. very sad to leave a mother with four kids in a hot car to wait for a tow truck to come get us. Not my fault your employees cannot do their job the way they are suppose to.. very hurt
