The work done by Window Depot was on our home was excellent. From the very beginning when I was taking bids for the project I could tell that this was a company that knew their products and how to use them efficiently. They walked through the job and made many suggestions that were aimed at improving the home and NOT their pocketbooks. I was very impressed with the products and explanations of how the home breathes, and what was needed to do the job correctly.The choices of colors and styles were wide and covered anything I had imagined for the home But the biggest bonus came as they did the work. The home literally came alive as the installed their products. Everyday it was fun to see the progress. The job took a few days longer then expected, but the detail and result was totally worth waiting for. We have owned our home over thirty years, and suffice it to say that we have had plenty of work done on our home. But you wont go wrong using this company! You can finally trust that you will get a fair price and solid product. And I think the best thing to say is this: I have already scheduled my second project! And there is a third in the back of my mind. A+ to Window Depot! Thanks for a great job!

Took advantage of my elderly parents after promising them the world. It was a simple shower remodel job. Their workmanship is extremely poor & most of their promises to repair never happened. After paying in full, they are now threatening them with scare tactics to remove their post from here which was nothing but the truth. I went to their home at one point to try & reason with the owner of the company as they continually had problems with the work that was done. My parents only wanted the job that they were told they would receive. The owner literally lost his cool & hollered back at my mother in frustration & did nothing but defend & make excuses for his workers. Worst customer service that I have ever witnessed. Do not let this company sell themselves to you or any of your loved ones, they will change as soon as you sign the contract. *See the pictures of the work that they call high quality craftsmanship by experienced installers. Would you accept this? Would you defend your workers who did this type of work?

Working with John has been great. We had John out to look at a window that had moisture in it. But the real problem was our roof. After looking at the quality roofing materials and the warranty (which is great, because it is NOT prorated) we decided to go with them. It happen to be raining and at night when John was here, so we made the best decision in the dark and rain. After thinking about it, we decided to ask John to stop back out in the daylight on a dry weather, which he did happily. The shade we had first chosen would have worked well, but we found one that works even better and John was happy to make those changes on the paperwork. John also spent time to answer a few other questions, even crawling back up into the attach to explain what would be done. I am not only impressed by John, but I am looking forward next month to having a roof that will not only look good, but also last.

I highly recommend Window Depot of Milwaukee. One major incentive for me to buy these replacement windows was efficiency. My June bill was a whopping $180.00 dollars and after the installation, the following month my bill was in the nineties, a savings of approximately ninty dollars. I was quite pleased with these numbers but also realize how much air was being lost, depleting the internal energy.. I wanted to share this with you, and say I appreciate the product and the great customer service!
